I recommend using it about twice\u00a0 a week. Personally, I like to use it as a special care step after a shower.<\/p>\n

This hair mist may look simply, but it’s incredibly effective. My favorite way to use it is in the shower – right after shampooing, I lightly towel-dry my hair, spray the mist all over, and then apply my regular conditioner or treatment. It really helps reduce dryness and makes my hair much more manageble.<\/p>\n
